Our basic setup fee is $8.50 per person with a 100-person minimum for receptions. We provide serving pieces, two standard beverages, setup, cleanup, and maintenance of all food and beverage tables.
This price includes two hours of service from the time an event is scheduled to begin. Any overtime will be charged to you at the rate of $125.00 per hour. An additional basic setup fee will be charged to you for each additional person attending the reception above the number for which you have contracted.
There will be an additional charge of $300 for outdoor events. NO GUARANTEE IS GRANTED BY THE KING'S TABLE CATERING REGARDING PROBLEMS WITH OUTDOOR EVENTS CAUSED BY WEATHER, TEMPERATURE, INSECTS, ETC.
There will be an additional charge of $500 when a well-equipped kitchen is not available. There will be an additional charge of $300 required for glass dish washing.
All costs incurred in the rental of equipment for an event will be passed along to the customer.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 or a minimum of 20% of the estimated cost of the event (whichever is greater) will be required to secure a date with The King's Table Catering for any and all services.
One half (50%) of the total amount charged for an event is due fourteen days prior to the event. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to the event. All prices are subject to 10% sales tax plus an 18% gratuity.
